Cancelation Policy

This policy is in place to ensure that our time and resources are respected and to discourage last-minute cancellations or no-shows. We hope to incentivize clients to prioritize their scheduled appointments and communicate any conflicts in advance. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we ask that clients notify us as soon as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all our clients.

24-Hour Advance Notice

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling an appointment.

A 24–48 hour advance notice is appreciated, as it allows time to adjust the schedule and offer your spot to another client.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
