Cancelation Policy
This policy is in place to ensure that our time and resources are respected and to discourage last-minute cancelations or no-shows. We hope to incentivize clients to prioritize their scheduled appointments and communicate any conflicts in advance. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we ask that clients notify us as soon as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. 24-Hour Advance Notice
24- to 48 hour advance notice is appreciated when canceling an appointment. To help with scheduling and to have time to fill your spot please give at least a 24-hour advance notice before your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
